We are looking for an experienced person the join the company and work on the improvement and the optimization of our SalesForce platform.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, design, implementation, testing, and release of Salesforce configuration and customization components valuable for the business development;
• Mentor and develop Salesforce resources;
• Work with the team to design and implement scalable solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices;
• Work with external vendors, internal Salesforce developers, business stakeholders, and IT management to design and develop strong relationships with user groups to support user adoption, ensure proper use of Salesforce and productive growth and change around the application and corresponding business processes;
• Document and maintain application and software functionality;
• Review and debug existing application and resolve support requests for existing Salesforce instance;
• Keep Sales and Marketing Team up-to-date with Salesforce best practices.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce/software developer;
• Experience with the development and integration of Salesforce environments;
• Experience with developing data models within Salesforce;
• Experience creating flow, formulas, process builder and approval processes;
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Services & community modules;
• Exposure to version control and continuous integration via Bitbucket or GitHub;
• Knowledge of Salesforce relevant development technologies such as APEX, SOQL, SQL;
• Experience with integration of external applications via middleware, REST, or SOAP;
• Solid database skills (SQL).
Would be considered as an advantage:
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications;
• Knowledge and experience with other CRM packages.
