What you will do:

• Deliver robust Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions with clear, detailed and accurate supporting documentation
• Contribute to Paysafe’s RPA strategy and assess new automation opportunities
• Design RPA solutions in accordance with standard RPA vendor specific design principles and standards
• Configure new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Delivery Leads, QA Analysts, SMEs, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting automation opportunities
• Create and maintain solution documentation that follows best practice and are easy to support and maintain
• Work with awareness of the risk and security factors that need to be considered when designing and developing FinTech solutions
• Identify opportunities for development of reusable components / custom libraries to enable rapid development and support standardisation
• Support QA, Testing and audit activities
• Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process
• Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required

 

To be successful you need to have:

• Excellent English-language verbal, and written communication skills
• A minimum of 3 years software development experience
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SaFe)
• Keen interest in developing Automation solutions

 

Considered an advantage:

• Experience with Python and/or Java
• Familiarity with TFS, GitHub or SVN tools
• Experience working with UiPath
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning
