Job Description

We are looking for passionate Scrum master who will join our Product Area User Management cross-functional development teams to support, coach, and steer them through the processes, their collaboration model and pursuing the good Agile practices.

The focus of the teams is developing and implementing a product that provides possibility to integrate different content delivery systems in a loose coupled way to reduce the dependencies whilst increasing the user experience of digital offerings of the Bosch Group.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Work collaboratively with Product Owner, and the cross-functional teams to maintain the backlog and deliver their goals
  • Continuously suggesting and improving the processes and practices within the team and organization
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Develop, implement and support team’s OKRs and goals

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • You are open-minded and willing to continuously improve
  • 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master
  • Familiar with the agile practices and frameworks
  • Good understanding how the modern teams and software practices are working
  • Ability to contribute to team initiatives, communities, share any good knowledge and practices with the other teams
  • Fluent written and spoken English

What will be considered as an advantage:

  • PSM/PMP/SAFe certifications
