We are currently looking for а very well organized and experienced Business Analyst to join the Sales Department of ActivTrades Plc. – Sofia Branch. Sales business analysts are responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to sales activities and for developing new systems or processes that will help improve sales performance. They work with a variety of stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving the efficiency or effectiveness of sales processes.
Job responsibilities
- Working closely with the sales and business stakeholders, project managers, team leads, developers and QAs to ensure the business needs are met with working operations, processes and softwares;
- Analyzing data related to sales activities and developing new systems or processes that will contribute to improve sales performance;
- Transforming business needs into well-structured business requirements;
- Making wireframes, mockups, drawing diagrams whenever such visualizations are needed;
- Actively communicating requirements, problems and questions between developers and business stakeholders;
- Participating in various meetings like kick off meetings, requirements elicitation, daily standup etc.;
- Participating in UAT;
- Coordinating with Marketing on activities and new projects. Acting as the point of contact for Marketing in the Sales department;
- Managing the production of Management Information for the Executive Committee and the Board on a regular basis, including sales and business metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst;
- Strong knowledge in SDLC and Agile methodologies;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in Sales and/or Business Development projects;
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation;
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps;
- Knowledge and experience with ERP/CRM and/or BI solutions
- Experience with UML diagrams, mock ups, prototyping;
- Fluency in English.
Advantage Expertise:
- Experience in service-oriented solutions, APIs, messaging protocols documentations: REST, Proto, WSDL, json etc.
- Experience with API testing tool: Swagger, Postman, Fiddler etc.
- Reporting skills with database queries: MsSql, MySql, Oracle etc.
- Advanced reporting skill in Excel
- Knowledge and experience with ERP/CRM and/or BI solutions
- Experience in financial services
- CFD trading and trading platforms
