Marketing Data and Automation Specialist (Remote option available for Senior profiles)

Position Overview:
As a Marketing Data and Automation Specialist within the Global Marketing team at Security Group, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance business performance. This position requires expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot platforms, along with a deep understanding of marketing analytics and business intelligence principles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management and Integration:
Manage and maintain data integrity within Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot platforms.
Knowledge of Sales Engagement (formerly High-Velocity Sales) and Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) is critical.
Develop and implement data integration strategies to ensure seamless flow of information between systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing data with other business systems for comprehensive analysis.
Extensive experience with the use of Zapier - creating process flows and updating existing ones already in place.
Experience of working with multiple websites for one organization a benefit.
2. Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize Salesforce and Pardot analytics tools to generate insights into marketing campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics and KPIs.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.
Be proficient in using GA4 across multiple websites to leverage Google Analytics for data-driven strategies, optimizing campaign performance and enhancing customer insights.
3. Marketing Automation:
Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows within Pardot to streamline campaign execution and lead nurturing processes.
Leverage automation capabilities to personalize marketing communications and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of marketing assets.
4. Audience Segmentation and Targeting:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop audience segmentation strategies based on customer demographics, behaviors, and engagement patterns.
Implement targeted marketing campaigns utilizing segmentation criteria to enhance relevance and engagement.
Continuously evaluate and refine segmentation approaches based on performance feedback and data analysis.
5. Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within Salesforce and Pardot platforms.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing tactics, messaging, and audience targeting.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in marketing analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
Proven experience (5 years) working with Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot platforms (or similar solutions i.e. Marketo), with demonstrated expertise in data management, analytics, and automation.
At least 3 years of experience working in a Marketing Team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
