The impact You will create:

Support for the overall planning, monitoring, reporting and optimization of the IT audit as part of the annual audit - as an interface between the auditor and the specialist departments of the Schwarz Group. This includes the following tasks:

• Coordination of the scope of the IT audit together with the auditor
• Scheduling and coordination of audit meetings
• Accompanying the IT audit in the audit meetings - as a central contact for the auditor and the specialist departments of the Schwarz Group
• Coordination of the request, preparation and timely delivery of audit evidence
• Support in the preparation of results presentations for the top management
• Consultation of the departments and countries with regard to suitable measures for the sustainable elimination of IT audit findings
• Support for projects and further development of the internal control system

Experience and skills You will need:

• Working experience and knowledge in performing or coordinating IT fiscal year end audits
• General experience in IT audit coordination
• Knowledge about IT General Controls (ITGC), like Change Management, User + Authorization Management, IT Operations
• Knowledge in IT Controls and Control Framework
• Knowledge in SAP Systems audit
• Audit related certificates like CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor
