Danny Platform is able to evaluate massive amounts of real-world data from 
multiple sources (EHRs, registries, labs, etc.) in the oncology, cardiology and other
fields. The software provides comprehensive searches, in-depth analyses, predictions 
and treatment solutions to physicians, researchers and payers. 
Sqilline’s data analytics capabilities enable hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and 
reimbursement agencies to gain insight into real-world evidence of patient care, 
particularly in this era of value-based care. 
We are a leading SAP Partner in the areas of Precision Medicine, Life Science and 
Healthcare. 
The company is looking to fill up the position of DATA ANALYST in our 
healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for managing the master 
data sets in Danny Platform, reviewing and interpreting health data, developing
reports, and troubleshooting data issues. 
As a Data Analyst, you will work as part of the data scientist team and will also
communicate with administrators, data architects, other IT personnel, sales, and 
management. You will be part of a small, agile and innovation-driven team, working 
with current healthcare technologies. 
Data Analyst Qualifications: • Expert knowledge of programming languages Python and/or R
• Strong background in multivariate statistics, multivariable calculus, linear 
algebra
• Experience with processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data 
from heterogeneous sources (data collection, normalization, missing data 
imputation, etc.) and exploratory analyses
• Ability to create analytics reports that provide insights into key healthcare 
points.
• Preparing final analytics reports that enable stakeholders to make important 
decisions based on real-world evidence
• Understanding of website scripts such as XML, Javascript, JSON
• Highly proficient, and fluent in spoken and written English
Education/Experience
• Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, and/or other 
quantitative fields. MS or advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of practical experience as a data analyst and/or a related field
• Experience in working with clinical/healthcare data and clinical analyses, or 
prior experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a preferred. • High-level experience in methodologies and processing for managing large scale databases. • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have worked in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
• Perform exploratory data analyses and identify patterns/trends to gain a better 
understanding of clinical data
• Document and present findings on data analyses and results
• Build data/analytics tools with the software development team for production 
• Provide quality assurance of imported data
• Help develop reports and analyses
• Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, 
security, and metadata
• Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements
• Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization • Generate reports from single or multiple systems
• Create visualizations of data
• Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data 
cleansing
• Analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution 
recommendations
