JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Manager, you will innovate, design, implement, maintain, and evolve CyberArk Products. You have a keen eye for securely written, performant, and scalable code.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to establish strategic plans and objectives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to design and lead the implementation of functional objectives to meet company goals.
- Coach, guide and enable team members to work together in a highly collaborative way.
- Participate in the development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs and people.
- Make final decisions on technical, administrative, and operational matters, ensuring the effective achievement of objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- People Management Experience, managing diverse teams
- 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2+ years as a team lead (but not necessarily with direct reports); or
- B.S (CS, CSE, or equivalent) and 4-6 years’ experience and 2+ years as a team lead (but not necessarily with direct reports); or
- M.S/Ph.D. (CS, CSE, or equivalent) and 2-4 years’ experience and 2+ years as a team lead ( but not necessarily with direct reports).
- Hands-on experience in technical role(s) within a software engineering organization, particularly development roles in Enterprise on-premises software
- Good understanding of, and experience with agile methodologies
- Desire and experience to foster innovation through all levels of the organization
- A keen aptitude for making our customers successful by delivering secure, high-quality, performant software
- Experience interacting with Director level management and customer stakeholders both internally and externally
