Pre-Sales Specialist with German and English (fully remote)

Sofia, Bulgaria
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Understanding client needs and providing pre-sales support.
•    Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing & Account Management Departments to develop effective strategies.
•    Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
•    Maintains constant contact with potential customers and coordinates sales
•    Preparing of proposals and quotations for potential clients
•    Following market sales and prepare periodic reports, analysis and proposals to improve the product offering
•    Directly participating in building and maintaining an up-to-date database with the company's customers.
•    Actively participating in drawing up the annual budget and for the company's product sales goals
•    Developing and conducting campaigns and strategies for recruiting potential customers and new business proposals to the existing customer base.
•    Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
•    Participating in the organization of the company's corporate events, specified for sales and marketing purposes to new and existing customers
•    Develop and demonstrate deep understanding of the energy industry and the company services

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Academic degree/ educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and other related
•    Minimum 3 years experience in pre-sales or similar role
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
•    Ability to work well in a team and build rapport with clients.
•    Highly proficient command of German and English languages
•    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•    Strong analytical, numerical and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
•    Positive and professional attitude and capability to communicate in professional manner with Executive board-level customers
•    Sales and people-oriented attitude
•    Willingness to learn the IT, Energy and Banking industry in detail. Professional experience in the IT industry is considered an advantage
