reimbursement agencies to gain insight into real-world evidence of patient care.
Position Summary
As we continue to expand, we are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Data Operations Officer/Project Manager to join our Healthcare team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The ideal candidate will take charge of managing the implementation of the Danny
Platform for hospitals and leading data projects in emerging markets, including Poland,
Croatia, and Serbia. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of data-driven initiatives, maintaining operational excellence, and aligning project deliverables with organizational goals.
Duties include:
1. Data Operations:
o Manage, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and
quality across all projects.
o Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure
seamless integration and usage of data assets.
o Monitor and troubleshoot data systems and workflows to identify and resolve
operational issues efficiently.
2. Project Management:
o Plan, execute, and oversee the rollout and implementation of Danny Platform
in hospitals.
o Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration
with key stakeholders.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal and external resources, to
achieve project milestones.
o Manage projects in Poland, Croatia, and Serbia, with potential expansion to
other regions.
o Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring projects stay on track.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, addressing inquiries
and maintaining open communication with clients and internal teams.
o Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to align project progress
with expectations.
4. Process Optimization:
o Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and workflows,
driving efficiency and scalability.
o Implement best practices for data governance, compliance, and security in
alignment with company policies.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
o Provide regular project and operational reports to senior management,
highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
o Maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, workflows, and standard
operating procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration,
or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data operations, project management, or a similar role,
preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and data
analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including ETL processes, data
integration, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data governance
frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
