Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to create a pipeline of young talent.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2.Training & Development:
Identify training needs and collaborate with department leaders to design effective programs.
Facilitate onboarding sessions and training workshops for new hires.
Create and maintain a professional development framework to help employees enhance their skills and grow within the organization.
3.Career Development:
Partner with employees and managers to create individual career development plans.
Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure employees achieve their career goals.
Advocate for internal mobility opportunities to retain and nurture top talent.
4.Employer Branding & Engagement:
Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice, including social media campaigns and career fairs.
Foster a positive and engaging company culture that motivates employees and supports retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment, training, or talent management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire candidates and employees.
Experience in developing and implementing training programs and career development plans.
Passion for working with young professionals and nurturing talent.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
