Regional Account Manager – Bulgaria/Romania

Sqilline’s data analytics capabilities enable hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and reimbursement agencies to gain insight into real-world evidence of patient care.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager – Key Account Management (Hospitals) to lead our operations across Bulgaria and Romania. This strategic leadership role involves managing a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and driving the successful adoption of Sqilline's innovative solutions within the hospital segment . The ideal candidate will have a background in team leadership, strategic planning, and fostering relationships with HCPs ( doctors ). Regular travel between Bulgaria, Romania, and other assigned regions will be required.
Key Responcibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 4 Key Account Managers (KAMs), ensuring their performance aligns with company objectives.
Delegate responsibilities effectively across KAMs in Bulgaria, Romania
Conduct regular team meetings to provide guidance, set goals, and review performance.
Strategic Planning and Regional Operations:
Develop and execute regional account strategies to meet business targets and objectives.
Coordinate efforts across multiple markets, focusing on the growth and expansion of Sqilline's presence in Bulgaria and Romania.
Client Relationships and Business Development:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, physicians, and key healthcare decision-makers across the region.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into partnerships.
User Adoption and Training:
Develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption of Sqilline’s solutions in hospitals and healthcare organizations.
Conduct impactful presentations and provide training to clients on new functionalities and features of our solutions.
Address user feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the alignment of regional efforts with corporate goals.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on regional operations, market conditions, and performance metrics.
Travel and On-Site Engagement:
Travel to Romania twice a month to oversee local operations, meet with clients and support the team on the ground.
Be available to travel to other countries as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in driving the adoption of healthcare technology or software solutions within hospitals and healthcare organizations.
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Romanian is a strong advantage.
