Sofia, SofiaResponsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by providing supreme technical solutions and support.
- Responding to service calls to troubleshoot the nature of reported problems and taking necessary steps to resolve those problems.
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance and manage escalations.
- Create, document, update, escalate, and resolve cases in CRM system.
- Working on shifts.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant customer service (Phone or Email) and/or technical experience with a wide range of support and services applications.
- Experience in working with customers.
- Experience with Linux Operating Systems (Ubuntu, CentOS).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
Even better if you have:
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Familiar with mobile networks and protocols (GSM, UMTS, 2G-3G-4G, LTE).
- Experience with application installing or upgrading, writing SQL queries, performing backup MySQL.
- Experience with VM environments (VMware, XEN).
- Experience with network monitoring platforms (Nagios).
