Product Owner

Responsibilities:

  • Works with the head of product and other stakeholders (e.g. peer product managers, sales, solution consultants, engineers…) to define the product scope, roadmap and feature specifications for assigned product areas. Responsible for the development backlogs of the Scrum team.
  • Creates solutions to solve business problems efficiently, ensure the competitiveness in terms of time-to-market and customer satisfaction.
  • Drives the end-to-end product delivery process for key features or initiatives at Epic-level, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned, and dependencies are addressed. Engages stakeholders early to align on scope and execution while ensuring even edge cases are addressed.
  • Being the go-to-person for the assigned product areas, offers clarity and completeness of problem and solution understanding to engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Leads product initiatives across some product areas or features that directly contribute to the company’s long-term vision.
  • Collaborates with sales, solution consultants, and support teams to manage customer feedback of the assigned product areas, ensuring that feedback is systematically incorporated into decision-making processes and addressed adequately in the product roadmap.
  • Drives and Co-owns UX improvements of assigned product areas, ensure that designs meet user needs and are intuitive.
Your skill and experience:
  • 3-5 years of work experience as a Product Owner/Senior Product Manager
  • Expertise in the software industry, preferably in global SaaS/ enterprise software, with the ability to solve complex technical problems
  • Strong skill set in solutioning, business analysis, and requirement elicitation
  • Demonstrated proficiency and literacy in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, with the ability to effectively integrate and apply these technologies in daily work.
  • Experience working in distributed, cross time zone team setup, driving cross-team product initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships both internally and with customers, and skilled at collaborating and influencing others
  • Possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Can join customer calls to discuss the use cases and come up with efficient resolutions
  • In-depth understanding of Agile principles, with the ability to apply them effectively to projects
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
