About the role

What you’ll do
• Own and assist in gathering feature requirements and specifications
• Work with the Head of Product to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in assigned product areas
• Lead strategic initiatives across product areas or features that directly contribute to the company’s long-term vision
• Drive customer feedback initiatives, ensuring systematic incorporation of feedback into decision-making processes
• Lead UX improvements across product areas, ensuring a consistent, cohesive, and intuitive user experience
• Use data, market research, and industry best practices to inform product decisions and prioritization, ensuring metrics are tied to key business outcomes
• Manage the scrum-team backlog and delivery of complex features or product areas, balancing scope and quality against delivery timelines
• Develop feature specifications for complex and strategic initiatives
• Engage stakeholders early to align on scope and execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of work experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, with at least 3 years working as a Product Manager
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end software development process
• Experience managing client-facing projects across multiple workstreams
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality consumer-facing products
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in agile/scrum methodologies
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Experience in working with UX & UI design is a plus
• Background in B2B product management is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Consumer product experience and client-facing project management experience are a bonus
