Senior C++ Developer (Core NG team)
Sofia, SofiaWe are looking for a Senior C++ Developer for our Core NG team.
Core NG is a team which is responsible for part of backend core RingCentral functionality.
Team develops and maintains highly loaded linux based microservices which are used by millions of people all around the globe.
Our specialists are involved in the development of high-load server systems operating 24/7.
This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.
In this position you will:
In collaboration with architects and be responsible for the full development cycle;
Gather requirements and maintain technical documentation;
Development of new functionality in C++, Rust;
Maintain existing code, analyze and fix bugs.
Expectations:
Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
6+ years of experience in server software development in C++ or other backend language;
Experience in Linux programming;
Deep understanding of the mechanisms and protocols of network interaction;
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
Will be a plus
Experience with Rust;
Experience in developing high-load, fault-tolerant services;
Understanding of modern containerization / orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
