Job Title: IT Business Analyst focused on innovation and automation or IT specialist (Business systems and digital transformation).???
Professional Experience:
  • Experience in IT within a manufacturing or FMCG company, but not in support — rather in systems integration, BI, digital initiatives, or process optimization.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Digital Project Manager, etc.).
  • Has worked on the implementation or development of ERP, BI, CRM, RPA or other business systems.
  • Participated in transformational projects (automation, process digitalization, integrations).
  • Experience with RPA, Document dada extraction or low-code/no-code platforms.

  • Able to identify inefficient manual processes and propose solutions (automation, low-code, integration).
  • Understanding of FMCG business processes – supply chain, sales, planning. An advantage.
  • Analyze and map existing processes; identify areas for improvement through technology.
  • Initiate and manage small-to-mid scale digital projects (BI dashboards, automation, system integrations).
  • Participate in the selection, implementation, and development of business systems (ERP, CRM, BI, RPA).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and external partners for solution delivery.
  • Support implementation and training of new tools and processes.
  • Track and report the impact of digital initiatives.
  • Project-oriented mindset – can lead small initiatives from idea to result.
  • Communicative, analytical, and with a proactive approach to improvement.
What will this person do for the IT department:

  • Lead small but impactful innovations: RPA, Document dada extraction or low-code/no-code platforms for small improvements.
  • Start a transformation process – “from IT as support to IT as a business partner.”
Personal Qualities:
  • Proactive and self-driven.
  • Logical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Education:
  • University degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
