Junior DevOps Engineer

What you will do:
• Assist Senior developer with the technical setup of the pipelines.
• Cover the availability of the running services.
• Help with migration of locally deployed services to Kubernetes
• Managment and utilisation of logs and monitoring instruments
• Ensuring high availability for existing services part of key infrastructure of the
organization
• Maintaining and managing active deployement.
• Automation with Ansible. Configuration management.
• Participate in deployment and testing procedures.
• Recieve operational training on key logistic systems handling high load of messages
• On-call duties applicable

What we are looking for:
• You have at least 2+ year hands on with listed bellow
• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge in building CI / CD pipelines
• Deployments installable scripts
• Knowledge in terraforming
• Experience with administration of cloud environments GCP, AWS, Azure
• Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine with Google Config Connector
• Experience with monitoring and alerting setup
• Knowledge in Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana
• Proficiency in Git, utilising Gitlab / Github
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter and ability to take challenges
• Willingness to constantly learn and improve

What we consider a plus:
• Knowledge of FluxCD
• Knowledge in programing languages such as Java, Phyton, .NET or other
• Virtualisation management
• Proficiency in German language
