As Dynamics 365 Technical Expert you will be responsible for the technical implementation and support of Dynamics 365 solutions. Your New Role:
As Dynamics 365 Technical Expert you will be responsible for the technical implementation and support of Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications, including creating custom entities, workflows, and plugins.
- Develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems / ISV using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries and issues related to Dynamics 365.
- Propose and implement IT continuous improvement for Dynamics 365 such as task automation
The Profile We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Multinational experience.
Additional Experience and Skills Considered a Plus:
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- MS Power Platform capabilities.
- Azure cloud services experience.
