As Dynamics 365 Data Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting data solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, data integration, and data management. As Dynamics 365 Data Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting data solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, data integration, and data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support data solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 integration and data solution.
- Design and implement Integration with other systems and ISV using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications, including creating workflows, and plugins.
- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 data models, data warehouses, and data marts.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics 365 data solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 integration features and updates.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Propose and implement IT continuous improvement for Dynamics 365 data and integration such as task automation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries and issues related to Dynamics 365 data solution and integration.
The Profile We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing data solutions (Extract, Load) with Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience and strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, X++, C#, JavaScript.
- Proficient in SQL and database management.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- Understanding and experience of Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE) architecture and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Multinational experience.
- Customer Service oriented
Additional Experience and Skills Considered a Plus:
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
- Azure cloud services experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
