What You’ll Do

• Design and build distributed, event‑driven backend services in Go, integrating AI/ML capabilities via Python.
• Lead end‑to‑end development: from planning and coding to deployment and observability in cloud‑native environments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, QA and infrastructure teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision‑making, and maintain high‑quality system documentation.
• Mentor and guide teammates, championing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Ensure high reliability and availability through robust testing, logging, and incident response practices.
• Support customer‑side deployments during our product‑market fit stage, adapting solutions to meet unique requirements.

 

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of professional back-end software engineering experience, including 3+ years with Go.
• Proficiency in Python for backend services and AI integrations (OpenAI or similar).
• Solid knowledge of modern React development (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with both relational and non‑relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and familiarity with vector databases such as Weaviate
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record leading technical initiatives or teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Direct experience with enterprise customer deployments.
• Familiarity with compliance‑driven or secure messaging solutions.
• Experince in fast-paced SaaS industry
• Team or squad lead experience
