You’re an experienced software engineer with 4+ years of commercial experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications.
You’re product-focused and excited about creating AI capabilities that deliver measurable impact for customers.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven features to enhance automation, productivity, and intelligent decision-making.
Build AI-native product capabilities using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and other industry-leading AI techniques.
Collaborate with Go backend engineers to integrate Python-based AI services into our distributed system.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
Evaluate, optimize, and maintain AI models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Share AI best practices and contribute to the evolution of our AI architecture and roadmap.
What You’ll bring
4+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML-powered applications.
Strong Python skills, with experience in frameworks such as FastAPI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Strong prompt engineering skills, with the ability to design, test, and refine prompts for optimal performance in production LLM applications.
Hands-on experience with vector databases (Weviate, Pinecone), and RAG architectures.
Experience with Azure AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock) or equivalent offerings on GCP/AWS.
Track record of working independently and delivering production-grade AI solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
Other skills you might have
Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and production deployment of AI models.
Practical experience with chatbots or conversational AI systems.
Understanding of responsible AI principles and best practices.
Familiarity with Go or other backend languages for service integration.
A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is a plus.
Team lead experience is a plus, with potential to grow into a team leader role
