Requirements:
• Proficiency in managing software development projects from initiation to completion, including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.
• Experience in managing project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring on-time delivery within allocated financial resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and clients, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and manage team dynamics for a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the software product meets required specifications and delivers high performance and reliability.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve problems promptly.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), and familiarity with programming languages, software development tools, and relevant technologies.
• Experience managing projects using Scrum, and facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Proficiency in English at a B2/C1 level.
Responsibilities:
• Follow the scope of digital projects going from the proposal, to the technical work up, to the delivery of the product.
• Ensure client expectations are being met by understanding the business needs, briefing the internal team and advising the client on best practices.
• Ensure clear management of expectations, workload, budget and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT teams throughout the project planning, product development and deployment
• Ensure work is completed on time, to budget and to the client's satisfaction.
• Set targets, track progress, identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports and hold weekly client calls to discuss deliverables and action plans.
