We are creating RingCX, a powerful, yet easy-to-use AI-driven Contact Center solution. RingCX consists of agent application, supervisor applications, and rich analytics. This position will be focused exactly on RingCX Analytics, making sure our customers have all the data to make quick and sharp decisions regarding their Contact Center operations and strategies.
This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.
Technology stack:
Development: Java, Spring, MySQL, Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse, Vertica, GoodData.
Deployment stack: Docker, Kubernetes.
Common: GitLab, Jira, Jenkins

Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and work on test design;
Verify system under test meets both functional and non-functional requirements;
Automate test cases using Java and analyze test run results;
Improve test automation framework and help to set up test processes in teams;
Build and maintain automated test environments for CI/CD with GitLab and Jenkins;
Take active part in performance testing;
Support validation of releases
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in test automation using Java;
Deep understanding and ability to explain software testing methodologies;
Ability to organize and maintain QA process in product team;
Experience testing functional and non-functional requirements;
Work experience with SQL and understanding of HTTP protocol and REST principles;
Work experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab;
Nice to have:
Work experience with S3, Kafka, Docker;
Work experience with micro-service architecture.
